By creating an account and using the FormsIntel platform (the "Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FormsIntel is a SaaS platform providing tools to create, manage, and analyze online forms and form submissions. We offer visual drag-and-drop builders, headless API endpoints, webhooks, and analytics. We continuously update and improve the Service, which means features may be added, modified, or removed over time.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring that the content of your forms complies with all applicable laws (e.g., avoiding malicious links, phishing, or illegal data collection).
• Obtaining necessary consent from your respondents before collecting personal or sensitive information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use FormsIntel to:

• Collect credit card information, passwords, or highly sensitive financial data without appropriate tokenization (we are not PCI-DSS compliant by default).
• Engage in spam, phishing, or the distribution of malware.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state an affiliation with a person or entity.
• Exceed the rate limits or attempt to bypass security systems.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

5. Payment and Subscription

FormsIntel offers both Free and Paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except where legally required. You can cancel your subscription at any time; your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormsIntel and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Service.
